Fall Edition 2024: What's Inside?
It is a busy time of year at OUT Arts & Culture and we have many exciting events upcoming for our organization. Inside our ShoutOUT Fall Edition you will find information on our upcoming SpeakOUT Dialogue, BranchOUT Scholarships, a fun upcoming comedy show and our brand new website! SpeakOUT Dialogue Series Continues with focus on the intersections of LGBTQ Identity, Literature and Law
Florida's "Don't Say Gay" Law: "Parental Rights" or "Legalized Erasure"?
The second installment of SpeakOUT 2024 kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, September 26th, with reception followed by a dialogue on Intersections of LGBTQ Identity and Literature/Law with panelists Nathan Bruemmer, Erin Decker and Silk Jazmyne . Registration for this FREE event is encouraged but not required. The event will take place at Stetson College of Law's Great Hall and will be streamed live via Zoom. ASL interpretation will be provided.
BranchOUT Scholarship Applications Open!
Applications are open now through September 30th for OUT Arts & Culture's BranchOUT Scholarship Program. We are proud to support continuing education of LGBTQ+ students in Pinellas County through this program.
Three $2,000 Scholarships to LGBTQ+ students who live, work or attend school in Pinellas County will be awarded on October 26th at our BranchOUT Fundraiser featuring Comedian Poppy Champlin.

OUT Arts & Culture to launch brand new website!
ShoutOUT subscribers and readers are getting the first look at OUT Arts & Culture's brand new website. The new site will feature information about our signature programs ReadOUT, SpeakOUT, ArtOUT and BranchOUT in one convenient and streamlined location.
In addition, the site will feature information on our history as an organization, upcoming OUT Arts & Culture Events and how supporters can engage, get involved and volunteer. Stay tuned for updates as we work to create a fabulous finished product!

The Banned Wagon is coming to Gainesville, Florida on October 11th.
