Ashland, OH — St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Ashland announces a revised Sunday worship and formation schedule, effective Sunday, November 9. The new schedule is designed to deepen parishioners’ engagement with Scripture, strengthen communal worship, and expand fellowship opportunities.

Beginning November 9, the Sunday schedule will be:

- 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. — Walking with Jesus: A Gospel Journey

  A weekly study of the Sunday Gospel with dedicated time for prayer, questions, and conversation. The program will be led by Fr. Christopher D. Hofer and Fr. Don Moore and is open to members and visitors of all ages.

- 10:00 a.m. — Holy Eucharist and Morning Prayer (alternating)

  Worship at 10:00 a.m. will alternate between Holy Eucharist on the 2nd and 4th Sundays and Morning Prayer on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. Worship patterns will continue to rotate on months with a 5th Sunday.

- 11:00 a.m. — Community Lunch and Fellowship

  A weekly community lunch to follow services, offering space for fellowship, hospitality, and community building.

Our adjusted worship rhythm and the addition of a weekly community lunch reflect our desire to welcome people into deeper faith and lasting relationships.”
