Sweet Pea Winter Art Show is Open

Now through February 28th, the Sweet Pea, a Festival of the Arts, Winter Art Show is on exhibition at ERA Landmark Realty (8 E Main St).

People’s Choice Award voting takes place throughout the month of February. Community members can purchase a ballot for $1.00, which affords the ballot holder an opportunity to vote for their favorite piece. The People’s Choice Award winner will receive $100.

Don’t miss this incredible exhibition of works by some of Bozeman’s preeminent artists.

2025 Artist Marketplace Applications are Open!

Sweet Pea, a Festival of the Arts, is now accepting applications for Festival 2025’s Artist Marketplace.

Artist categories include:

• Body Care
• Ceramics
• Digital Art
• Drawing
• Fiber
• Food Specialty Items
• Glass
• Graphics and Printmaking
• Jewelry
• Metalworks
• Mixed Media
• Painting
• Photography
• Sculpture
• Wood

Using a blind jury process, Sweet Pea Festival will select over 100 vendors for inclusion in this year’s Artist Marketplace.

This year’s application closes April 21, 2025. Following a week-long jury process, selected artists will receive an invitation to participate May 5, 2025.

Annual Sweet Pea Festival Poster Design Contest Announced

Applications are open for Sweet Pea, a Festival of the Arts annual poster design contest. This year, the winner of the poster design contest will win $1,000.

All ages and levels of expertise are encouraged to enter. The deadline for submissions is May 2, 2025, at 5pm.

The T-Shirt Art Contest is Open Through May 2, 2025

Sweet Pea, a Festival of the Arts is sponsoring its annual T-Shirt Art Contest. All ages and levels of expertise are encouraged to enter. Winning designs will be used on this year’s Sweet Pea Festival T-shirts: Category 1 for the children’s t-shirts and Category 2 for the adults’ t-shirts.

Category 1: Ages 5 through 13.

Category 2: Ages 14 and older

One prize per category:

Category 1: Prize $250 cash plus one t-shirt (with Category 1 winning design)

Category 2: Prize $1000 cash plus one t-shirt (with Category 2 winning design)

The deadline for submission is May 2, 2025, at 5pm.
