The Power of PUCCINI: "Nessun dorma"
'"Nessun dorma", the legendary aria made famous by the iconic Italian tenor, Luciano Pavarotti, is an electrifying operatic masterpiece that has transcended the opera house to become a cultural phenomenon.
Originally captivating audiences in the grand theaters of Italy, "Nessun dorma" soared to global fame when Pavarotti's stunning performance became the anthem of the 1990 World Cup. Since then, its majestic melody has resonated far beyond the world of opera.
Today, you can hear this soaring song in talent shows, blockbuster films, and even in the performances of pop stars like Jennifer Hudson, Aretha Franklin, and Queen's frontman, Adam Lambert.
Don't miss this chance to experience "Nessun dorma", as well as Puccini's beloved aria "O mio babbino caro" live at Hot Opera Nights this Sunday evening an event that promises to be as unforgettable as the aria itself.
