PITTSBURGH, PA (Oct. 10, 2025) – Tanger Outlets Pittsburgh invites shoppers and their four-legged friends to its Barktober celebration on Saturday, Oct. 11 from noon – 3 p.m. The event will include a pet costume contest at 1 p.m. with prizes, themed photo opportunities, live music, “pupkin” lattes, a balloon artist and a variety of seasonal surprises.

Barktober is free to attend, and the community is encouraged to shop, stroll and enjoy a Halloween-inspired day with their pets.
