The Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center offers free counseling services from trained mental health professionals for registered members who are 60 and over.  They are provided in English and Spanish, Monday through Friday.  If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness etc., please call for an appointment at 954-450-6888 or email [email protected].  Donations are graciously accepted.  The Center is located at 301 NW 103 Ave. in Pembroke Pines.
