Lights Out Connecticut
Join Lights Out Connecticut to save energy and protect migrating birds during peak migration season this spring! Artificial nighttime lighting can disorient migrating birds since they use the moon, stars, and the earth’s magnetism for guidance. You can help by turning off non-essential and decorative lights between midnight and 6 a.m. through May 31!
