Bollywood Dance Class this week!
Don't forget to register for our Bollywood Funk Dance Class this Saturday! This is a free event for all ages and will be held at the Topsfield Town Hall in the Public Hall on the second floor. We hope to see you there!
TONIGHT!
Based on Ted’s long-running “Who Knew” series on “Chronicle,” this talk shares some of Ted’s favorite people and places which manage to fly just below the radar for most folks.
From Boston to the White Mountains, Providence to Salem, Ted turns a spotlight on things that fascinate, amaze, and inspire. Meet the man who faithfully keeps the clock high above South Station running on-time. (Well, actually three minutes fast.) Meet the woman who was an actual real-life Indiana Jones—and has a peak named after her in South America to prove it! Learn that none other than Rudyard Kipling spent four years in the hills of southern Vermont—and find out what drove him out, never to return. And be awed by the “Sistine Chapel of North America”—right there in downtown Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
It’s all enough to make you say, “Who Knew?” Over and over again.
This event is sponsored by the Topsfield Town Library Art Committee. No registration required. Event will take place at the Public Hall in Town Hall.

The best of Bollywood : 15 classic hits from the Indian cinema.
By Universal International Music
With 15 tracks from 15 big Bollywood movies (Gambler, Janbaaz, Julie, Qurbani, and Tere Mere Sapne, to name a few), The Best of Bollywood offers a great look into what makes the films so popular: the music. Well-known playback singers like Kishore Kumar, Alka Yagnik, and Lata Mangeshkar are all included various times throughout the album, which means that The Best of Bollywood works well as an introduction to the genre and a nice, concise compilation for those who are already familiar with it.
