Forensic Entomology
This program might make your skin crawl!
The first known murder investigation to solve a crime with insects took place in the 13th century. Insects are phenomenally interesting and accurate detectives.
Please join us for a tour of criminal and civil investigations involving the art and science of using insects to solve crimes, with Entomologist, Larry Dapsis!
WARNING: This program will contain graphic and violent imagery. It is for mature audiences only!
This is a virtual program. Please register directly through Zoom HERE.

Have you ever wanted to learn to taste coffee professionally?
The Topsfield Library is excited to be partnering with Zumi's in downtown Topsfield to offer a coffee cupping event on Saturday, November 4th!
Our host, Umesh, will teach us how to evaluate different characteristics of brewed coffee by taste and smell. We’ll compare a variety of coffees—from the unroasted bean to finished cup. Space is extremely limited. This is an 18+ event. Sign up here!
