Community Meeting to Discuss Addison's Housing and Redevelopment Policy Scheduled for February 15
Following the Council's approval of several recent development projects that included multifamily rental housing, a group of residents expressed frustration with the Town's approach to its housing and redevelopment policy. At its December 13 meeting, the City Council heard from some of those residents and asked staff to schedule a separate meeting to discuss the topic in more detail. That special community meeting has been scheduled for 6pm on Wednesday, February 15 at the Addison Conference Centre.

Come Meet Addison's New City Manager
Addison is hosting a Meet and Greet for the new city manager on Wednesday, January 25 from 5pm - 6:30pm at the Athletic Club. Make plans to stop by and welcome David Gaines to the community.
New Wildlife at Addison Town Hall
Addison Parks crews recently had to remove a damaged branch from a large tree overlooking the creek behind Town Hall. The Addison Arbor Foundation saw this as an opportunity to showcase the talents of artist Hugo Presciliano-Vasquez who carved a hawk from the remaining stump. Similar animal carvings can be found along the White Rock Creek Trail. Thank you to the Arbor Foundation for their ongoing efforts to make Addison such an exciting place to live, work and play.
