Keller Springs Road Revitalization Project Update

On October 12, 2022, Addison issued a Request for Proposals for the Keller Springs Road Revitalization Project. Proposal responses from two construction companies were opened on November 17, 2022 and both were over the project budget. Town staff and the design engineer are working together to implement ways to reduce the project cost and make the proposals more competitive. Staff intends to re-issue the Request for Proposals once the project's scope and design changes are finalized.

February 17 Last Day to File for May 2023 City Council

Packets to file for the May 2023 City Council election are available in the City Secretary's office at Town Hall, 5300 Belt Line Road, Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm. The packet can also be downloaded on the Town's website. The last day to file is on Friday, February 17 at 5pm. Community Meeting to Discuss Addison's Housing and Redevelopment Policy Scheduled for February 15

Meeting Details:

In response to questions regarding the Town's approach to its housing and redevelopment policy by a group of residents, a special community meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 15 at the Addison Conference Centre to discuss the topic in more detail. Below is the schedule:

5:30pm – 6pm: Town Staff Available at Stations to Discuss a Variety of Topics Related to Housing and Redevelopment
6pm: Formal Presentation Followed by an Opportunity for Community Input
