February DEI Update 
In this DEI Update, Jillian Harvey, Arlington’s Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director (DEI) introduces the Community Outreach and Engagement Coordinator (Teresa Marzilli) and the ADA Coordinator (Tim Ross). She discusses the completion of the DEI workshops for Town employees, the release of the Community Equity Audit, and invites residents to attend the public presentation of it on Feb 13th. She also details the new Black History Month banners to be displayed around town and recaps past events such as the Lunar New Year celebration and the Martin Luther King Jr. annual observance in January, the 35th for Arlington. View the update.

Feb 13, 6:30PM Community Equity Audit Presentation 
Hybrid presentation via Zoom and at Community Center Main Hall.
The Consultants from Opportunity Consulting will provide an overview of the equity audit process, go more in depth regarding the findings and recommendations from the report of their 10-month long study. We hope to provide community members with the space to learn how your contributions to the process have steered the development of actionable steps that the Town can take to make Arlington a more diverse and inclusive community, where every member has the opportunity to thrive. This presentation will be hybrid both in person at the Community Center in the Main Hall, and on zoom, Monday February 13th, 6:30 p.m. Register and add to your iCalendar.
