For convenience and  health safety dog licensing can be performed by mail or  you may license online found on the town clerks' page of the town website      https://www.doglicenses.us/MA/Carver/ 

To request by mail - Please send requests for licensing with payment  - Check or money order made out to "The town of carver" Along with a current copy of your dogs information/rabies  

To :  Town Clerk's Office   108 Main Street Carver, Ma 02330       

Also You Must Include A Self Addressed And Stamped Envelope For The License To Be Returned By Mail. 

You May Also License In Person Beginning January 2023 Paying By Check Or Credit Card 

Current Prices Are $7.00 For A Neutered/Spayed Dog And $10.00 For An Unaltered Dog. 

Please Note The Deadline For Obtaining  A License Without Incurring A  $10.00 Penalty Will Be March 1st 2023.  

4 or more dogs require a kennel license  kennel licensing  renewals can only be accomplished by first making an appointment with animal control for an inspection  contact  by email to schedule appointments  at  [email protected] - no payments will be accepted  or licenses granted without inspection. if you have 4 or more dogs and are not a kennel license renewal you will need to begin the process contacting  permitting /zoning departments , in addition to making an appointment with animal control for inspection . 

Kennels Are 4-5 Dogs $30.00       Hobby Kennel 6-10 Dogs  $60.00                     Commercial Kennel  11-25 Dogs $150.00
