Mayor Danielle Moore invites residents or business owners who were unable to participate in any of the previously held focus groups to join her anytime between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at the Mandel Recreation Center for this last and informal community engagement opportunity in order to provide feedback on the Strategic Planning Board’s drafted items .

The Town has a long history of strategic planning.  Starting in 1929 with The Plan of Palm Beach, the Town has always been interested in ensuring its offerings were in line with the community's expectations and future needs.  The Town published a formal Strategic Plan in 2003, updated it in 2012, and the Town Council authorized the formation of an ad hoc advisory Strategic Planning Board in December 2021. 

The Strategic Planning Board has two remaining meetings scheduled on February 9, 2023, and March 3, 2023. A presentation of the Strategic Planning Process is scheduled from Monday, April 3, 2023 to the Town Council.
