Dr. Bruce McGowan was appointed the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) interim vice chancellor for Academic Affairs, effective Aug. 1, 2024. The announcement from the UAPB Office of the Chancellor shared that Dr. McGowan will remain in this position throughout the completion of the search for the university's next chancellor.
