Frank D. Dorsey, II, Dean of Student Involvement and Leadership at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB), will serve as a panelist at the 2024 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Inclusion Forum. The 12th annual forum will take place from April 24 to April 26 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The forum brings together leaders in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within higher education and intercollegiate athletics to engage in dynamic programming to advance efforts and initiatives
