The Pine Bluff Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) announces plans for its 31st Annual Dove Freedom Fund Banquet. UAPB College Chapter members will participate in the event that will be held Friday, October 13, 2023, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center, at 6:00 p.m. The keynote speaker will be Judge Joe Brown. The theme is “Thriving for Excellence: When We Fight, We WIN.”
