Dr. Leonard Williams, Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) School of Education in the Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Department, recently attended Harvard University's "Effective Leadership Across Sectors" program. Dr. Williams was among 25 Delta Regional Authority's (DRA) Delta Leadership Institute (DLI) Executive Academy alumni selected to participate in this executive leadership training held at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
