On Monday, April 8, 2024, a spectacular total solar eclipse will cross North America from western Mexico toward eastern Canada. Two-thirds of Arkansas will be on the path of totality, which runs through the state's center from southwest to northeast, making Arkansas a wonderful place to observe this historic event. In collaboration with the Arkansas Space Grant Consortium and NASA Heliophysics Outreach, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is providing FREE solar eclipse glasses.
