7:30am All animals to be on fairgrounds for Vet Check before entering stalls/pens

7:45am BSA (Troop 989) Opening Flag Ceremony, Folding and Flag Salute

7:30am -1:30pm Enter “Fruit of the Season” Pie Contest in Exhibit Hall office-judging at 2pm

8:00am Fun Run Begins, Kiddy Run to Follow

8:00am Animal judging begins

9:00am -11:00am Children’s Arts and Crafts at The Little White School House

9:00am until close Music On Center Stage, Food And Other Vendors At The Valley Station Square

10:00am Cornhole Tournament Finals – Valley Station Square

9:30am – 11:00 a.m. Parade formation at Fire Training Center 3060 3rd St

11:45am Kiddy Parade formation @ SW corner of Hwy 231 & 3rd street

12:00pm Kiddy Parade after VFW Honor Guards and Flag Salute

12:00pm After Parade  Cake Walk and Center Stage at The Valley Station Square

Livestock Judging Contest Kiddy Activities and Coloring Contest (winners announced during Ticket
Drawing)

3:00pm Dog Agility at the Main Area Dog Show Ring

4:00pm Exhibits may be removed from the Exhibit Hall/ Animals may be removed from the Animal Barn after stall/pens have been cleaned

5:15pm-ish Ticket Drawing at Center Stage–Valley Station Square/Dawn’s Memorial Park Exhibits MUST be removed from Exhibit Hall
