AUDITIONS & CALLBACKS

Auditions will be held on Wednesday, August 20th and Thursday, August 21st from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM. 

* All those auditioning will be asked to sing a brief song as well as perform a simple dance combination. Photo and/or video may be taken for reference purposes only.

* For those unable to attend in-person, video auditions may be submitted as an alternative. 

Callbacks will be held in-person on Saturday, August 23rd from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM by invitation only.

Those invited to callbacks will be notified no later than Friday, August 22nd.

ABOUT THE SHOW:

One of the most popular Disney movies of all time is capturing hearts in a whole new way: as a practically perfect musical! Based on the books by P.L. Travers and the classic Walt Disney film, Cameron Mackintosh and Disney's Mary Poppins delighted Broadway audiences for over 2,500 performances and received nominations for nine Olivier and seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

The jack-of-all trades, Bert, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many magical and memorable adventures, but Jane and Michael aren't the only ones upon whom she has a profound effect. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that "Anything can happen if you let it."

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Rehearsals will begin Wednesday, September 3rd and will generally be four (4) days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; evening rehearsals will generally take place from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM. 

Occasional weekend rehearsals will be scheduled on Sundays and generally take place from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Additional rehearsals may be scheduled to accommodate conflicts or other rehearsal needs as performances draw closer.

Tech rehearsals will begin Sunday, October 26 and are mandatory for all cast members.
