Sample wines from Ohio wineries offering regional wines ranging from world-class wines like Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, or Riesling to fun-to-drink fruit wines made from fresh strawberries, blackberries, peaches, and raspberries. Whether one enjoys red, white, blush, dry, sweet, or something in-between, there will be an opportunity to find a favorite "Vintage Experience."

There is also plenty of scrumptious food, cooking school demonstrations, 2 stages of live music entertainment, artisans, and shopping.

Brand ambassador to many big-name companies such as Traeger grills, B&B charcoal, Tuxton China, Gunter Wilhelm Knives and Cutlery, The Duck Fat Spray Company, and many more.

This will be my 9th year as Vintage Ohio's executive coordinator for the chef demonstration culinary tent at Lake Metroparks Farm Park. I also am in charge of the culinary demonstrations at Farm Fest at Lake Metroparks Farm Park.

Fred Hot has a long story and Fred likes to talk too much so we'll shorten it to say that he claims to have gained his culinary skills in some unexplained manner and is self-taught. While he was in the Army he gained the nickname "Freddie Crocker" and his personal pickiness of food, especially hot sauce, had him starting a Hot Sauce, pickling, and spice blend company 10 years ago after being pushed by some of his co-workers to do so and he turned it into a business based off his humor and joking personality here he stands as FRED HOT.

Mike McCourt:

I have always had a love to cook and feed others.

After serving in the Army as a helicopter crew chief, I became a student of all styles and cuisines of cooking. That passion has led to many great friendships nationwide, including proudly becoming a part of the Blackstone Griddle Crew.

Chef Mark Gomez & Selene Gomez:

With a flair for food, Chef Gomez and his wife has been called "Chefs to the Stars " by Univision, a Spanish Television Network.  He was the executive Chef for two churches that two Presidents attended. Cooking for more than 80 Celebrities including the Doobie Brothers, Fleetwood Mac, Maluma, Bad Bunny, Becky G, Dwight Yokum, and many more. They have 35 years of experience. Hailing out of the Great State of Texas, concentrating in the Oil rich area of West Texas.
