Board Boot Camp is a dynamic, interactive training that equips you with the skills and knowledge to confidently serve on a nonprofit board. You’ll connect with other community-minded leaders and gain a deeper understanding of how nonprofits operate and thrive.  

During this session, you’ll:

- Make an impact in the communities where you live and work

- Expand your network with community and business leaders

- Gain insight into nonprofit governance and board responsibilities

- Apply your leadership skills to support causes you care about

- Leave empowered to serve as an informed, effective, and purpose-driven board member 

After completing Nonprofit Board Boot Camp, you’ll be invited to participate in Nonprofit Board Speed Dating - a fast-paced, fun event where you’ll meet with local nonprofits seeking new board members. These mini “dates” are the start of meaningful connections that can lead to board service opportunities.
