9:30 am - Parade line-up begins

10:00 am - Festival begins

11:00 am- Parade begins

11:30 am- National Anthem

11:40 am - Pageant Announcement - Gazebo

11:45 am - Citizen of the Year Award - Gazebo

12:00 non- Patrick Arnold on stage (back of park)

3:00 pm - Ethan Moles on stage (back of park)

6:00 pm - Festival ends

7:30 pm- Movie night with Alpha Kappa Sorority, Watch Hocus Pocus at the back of the park

50/50 Raffle - Winner pulled 5:30 (winner need not be present)

Sunday October 13

10:30 am- Festival begins

12:00 noon - Grant Deaton on stage (back of park)

3:00 pm - Preble County Line Band on stage (back of park)

5:30 pm - Announce Booth Decoration winner

6:00 pm- Festival ends
