Charleston, WV - West Virginia’s Republican Presidential Electors, nominated by the West Virginia Republican Party (WVGOP) in May, officially met in the Office of Governor Jim Justice this afternoon to cast all four (4) electoral votes from West Virginia for President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance.
Official results reported by West Virginia Secretary of State Mac Warner, who presided over the meeting, confirm that President Trump won West Virginia’s General Election on November 5, 2024 with 533,566 total votes, representing 70% of the total votes cast for President.
Chairman Matt Herridge said, “What a historic day for our party, state, and country. We are incredibly proud to be the only state in the union to deliver President Trump every county in the state and 70% of our vote - and our Electors affirmed that support today, casting all 4 votes for President-elect Trump and Vice President-elect Vance!”
