Where Do Josh Stein and Jeff Jackson Stand on MS-13?

Government and Politics

April 17, 2025

Josh Stein campaigned on a mistaken belief that Sanctuary Cities aren’t real.

Jeff Jackson said in 2021 that Joe Biden’s plans on immigration were “really good” and “the most robust proposal we’ve seen at least in the last decade.”

The question MUST be asked now: where do they stand on MS-13 and Illegal Immigration today?

We know Democrats around the country have a new hero: a wife-beating illegal immigrant gang member with no right to be in the United States. President Trump is making America safer by deporting Kilmar Abrego Garcia and criminals like him, but Democrats are bending over backwards to try and bring this sicko back into the country.

According to court filings , Garcia's wife requested a restraining order against him because he punched her, scratched her, and ripped off her shirt. But Democrats are still defending this illegal alien.

Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen's pathetic stunt to visit the wife-beating illegal, with other Democrats planning trips of their own , has proven what we already know: Democrats care about illegal immigrants more than American citizens.

Are Stein and Jackson looking for their own Kilmar Abrego Garcia to shower with attention?

When a Maryland mom and one of Van Hollen's own constituents, Rachel Morin, was brutally murdered and raped by an illegal immigrant, he didn't even bother to contact her family.

The vast majority of Democrats, including Van Hollen, opposed the Laken Riley Act, legislation that mandates illegal alien criminals are detained and deported.

Democrats are traveling to El Salvador to visit an illegal wife beater but couldn't be bothered to stop Biden's Border Invasion or visit the Southern Border when it was flooded with illegal immigrants, human traffickers, and gang members.

North Carolinians deserve to know what these elected Democrats think: Will they stand with General Assembly Republicans, who have required local Sheriffs to work with ICE, or will they stand with criminal illegal immigrants who threaten our state's families?
