Meet the artist behind our newest mural in the Children's Room! Bob Shea, author and illustrator of picture books like, "Who Wet My Pants," "Chez Bob," "Unicorn Thinks He's Pretty Great," and "The Dinosaur Vs. Series" is coming back to Wilmington! Listen to Bob read one of his wildly popular books and lead a drawing activity!

Play and Learn with Enabled Play
Wednesday, March 1, 6:30pm
Come play and learn with Alex from Enabled Play! Try the incredible platform and device that helps anyone access and control their technology in ways that work for them. Use voice commands, facial expressions, body gestures and more to control programs, games, and devices. You'll be able to try out this accessibility device on a Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PS5, along with computer games!
This program is geared towards kids, teens, and adults with disabilities, but anyone is welcome to come play

Drop-In LEGO Day!

Drop-in for a special day of community Lego set building! Come by the library anytime between 9am-5pm to work together as a family and with other families to dismantle the LEGO Pirate ship from December's LEGO build and rebuild it into something new at this fun drop-in, day-long event!

Newhouse Wildlife Rescue
Saturday, March 4, 2pm
Wildlife rescuers from the Newhouse Wildlife Rescue, a licensed wildlife sanctuary in Chelmsford, MA, will show us behind the scenes work involved in rehabiliting wild animals. They will also offer advice on what you should do if you ever encounter injured or abandoned wildlife.
