The Basics of Tea
Thursday, January 19, 2:30pm

Danielle Beaudette of The Cozy Tea Cart and STI Certified Tea Specialist will explain the basics of tea which will provide you with the answers to your questions on where tea comes from and how it is different from herbal (tisane) blends. The processing and harvesting of tea will be discussed, taking you on a journey from the tea fields to the tea in your cup! Samples will be provided! Located in the Large Conference Room.

Intro to Sound Healing
Saturday, January 21, 10am

Restore, renew, relax. Sound healing with Crystal Singing Bowls is an immersive experience designed to ease stress and tension. Attendees should bring a yoga mat, blanket and small pillow for their head. Led by Susan Ravagni from the Wilmington Yoga Loft. Located in the Large Conference Room.

Each meeting features a new topic. Meetings include a presentation and hands-on workshop on topics relevant to career transition, guest speakers, access to hiring managers, small group breakout rooms to network, and 1-on-1 coaching guidance. Each biweekly meeting is facilitated by Deborah Hope, MBA, PCIC, an experienced executive career coach.

Join WML's 2023 Reading Challenge!

Join us as we participate in Wilmington Memorial's version of the Mass Center for the Book 2023 Reading Challenge. All you have to do to participate is sign up on Beanstack and read one book for each of the 12 prompts, corresponding with the 12 months in the year. This challenge is a great way to get familiar with books you might not be used to reading! Are you up for the challenge?
