The Main Library and the Wilson Branch will close Tuesday, July 4 in honor of the Independence Day Holiday. Both locations will be open normal hours on Monday, July 3 and Wednesday, July 5.
Book Babies

Join Kidspace for Book Babies, a program for babies 16 months and under and their caregivers on select Monday afternoons in July and August. Enjoy developmentally appropriate stories, songs, and rhymes.

Teen Dating Violence Awareness Seminar
Monday, July 10,
7:00pm - 8:00pm
The Main Library, along with Interval House, will host an informative presentation on teen dating violence awareness. They will show us the warning signs for teens in relationships, as well as their parents. There will be a question and answer segment at the end, with the option to write questions anonymously. No registration needed.

Join us at the Wilson Branch Library to play outdoor chess. No experience needed, all levels welcome. Dr. Berry and Coach Zimmerman will bring sets for you to play and learn on. Twice a week for the summer! No registration needed.
Wildlife and CT’s Changing Landscape

Connecticut's Master Wildlife Conservationist Paul Colburn joins us for a presentation on our changing landscape. He provides a brief natural history of Connecticut and addresses the current state of wildlife. He will also discuss the major species and factors affecting their habitats. The challenges we face, and suggestions for what people can do to make a difference. No registration needed.
LEGO Creations

Eager engineers ages 7 and up are invited to design and build their own LEGO Creations at the Wilson Branch Library. On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month we’ll set out a new design challenge to complete. No registration needed.
