6:00 PM -- Flavors of Australia Wine & Dine Kick-Off Dinner

Opening Night Wine Dinner

Join us for the kickoff of Wine & Food Week in The Woodlands. The Woodlands Resort is debuting the new renovated resort and new dining concept Harrison's for this special event.

This seven course meal is showcasing the culinary talent from the chefs from all three of The Woodlands signature restaurants including Back Table, E’terie and Sorriso. Chef Ricardo Bravo oversees culinary experiences for events and restaurants at Embassy Suites, The Westin and The Woodlands Resorts.

Cost per person is $95 and includes a seven-course dinner paired with Australian wines lead by Simon Solomon the Wine Ambassador for Winebow International.

The event starts at 6pm and will feature live music from a local electric violinist.

Get ready to travel around the world. No passport required. Just bring along your tastebuds and a friend, for this international wine-tasting experience.

Salud! We’re off to experience wines from around the world! There is no better way to sample and compare wines and varietals alongside industry experts from all over the world without leaving home. Nosh on lite bites with international foods paired with each wine.

In this wine-hopping excursion you will meet with knowledgeable wine experts who will be on hand to walk you through the wines exploring the wine industry in the country of origin. Each winery will have their own room and you will rotate from room to room at specific intervals. After experiencing each room, you will have some time to return to your favorites!

In partnership with Wine & Food Week and Palm Bay International, Sorriso Italian Kitchen is offering an irresistible 4-course brunch paired with a guided Italian wine tasting on June 11th from 11:00am - 2:00pm (wine pairings start at 11:30a).

Featured wines include:

• Altemasi, Trentodoc Sparkling Brut, Trentino, Italy
• Bottega Vinaia Pinot Noir, Trentino, Italy
• Batasiolo Barbera d’ Alba, Piedmont, Italy

Following brunch, guests are invited to join a guided walk of the Waterway Art Benches with Westin’s Wellness Concierge.
