VIRGINIA – In a new interview with Former Trump Co-Chair John Fredricks, Winsome Earle-Sears confirmed she's talked with Donald Trump, but refused to comment on the content of the conversation. 

The admission follows Sears “fully embracing Trump” and her primary opponent Amanda Chase teasing an endorsement from Trump. Late last week, Chase said in an interview that she "received a phone call from the White House,” feels “very positive” that there will be a Trump endorsement in the primary now that she’s in the race, and recalled that Trump previously said he would “be with me in my next campaign.” 

During her interview with Fredericks, Sears also repeatedly attacked her other primary opponent, Dave LaRock, calling him “a person of no character.”
