Graze Craze®, the charcuterie concept leading the charge in the popularity of graze-style dining, is now open in Bakersfield. Located at 13061 Rosedale Highway, Suite H., the 1,025-square-foot store is operated by franchise owner Crystal Neptune, a Bakersfield native and educator.  

Graze Craze is powered by a team of expert Grazologists™ who skillfully blend flavors, colors and textures to curate the ultimate dining experience. Each grazing board features a stunning collection of high-quality ingredients, like premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made hummuses, dips and jams.  

“I’m excited to create flavorful and beautiful grazing-style presentations for our neighbors and friends,” said Neptune, who has taught in the Bakersfield City School District and Kern High School District for 27 years. “It’s such a thrill to realize my lifelong dream of owning my own business - I love that my Graze Craze will give me the opportunity to bring people together in such a creative, fun and entertaining way.” 

In college, Neptune worked in food service for six years and now is involved with the Kern County Tennis Association, California Teachers Association and Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce. She plans to continue supporting the community by giving back to the American Cancer Society, the Alzheimer’s Association and local sports organizations, including Kern High School District.  

The Graze Craze menu incorporates a wide range of flavors to satisfy many different palates and dietary preferences. Fans of the classics enjoy the Gone Grazey board, which is crafted with cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more. Those embracing a plant-based lifestyle can opt for the Vegegrazian, which boasts a beautiful medley of fruits and vegetables. For those with a sweet tooth, the store’s Grazologists™ create a Sweet & Grazey, featuring an abundance of desserts, like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips to accent the flavors.  

Neptune’s favorite menu items include the Grazey for Keto board and the Sweet & Grazey board as they provide delicious, well-rounded options for everyone. The store also offers specialty options, like the Game Day Board, packed with a variety of premium meats, cheeses, breads and spreads that are ideal for watch parties and tailgating events, and the Brunch Board, which complements morning meetings with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more.  

The charcuterie offerings are available in different size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a party. The food displays are ideal for family gatherings, large events and more, and they make for memorable corporate and personal gifts that always impress. Graze Craze Bakersfield will soon offer engraved customizable boards to celebrate special occasions, such as birthdays and graduations, as well as classes for locals to learn how to create gorgeous charcuterie boards at home. 

The new store is located at the corner of Allen Road and Rosedale Highway. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday and Monday by appointment only.
