McMINNVILLE, Ore.  – Graze Craze®, the popular charcuterie concept featuring artfully arranged sweet and savory grazing boards and boxes, opened a new location at 1306 N.E. Highway 99W in McMinnville’s North Plaza. The 1,000-square-foot store is owned and operated by Jennifer Richter, who was born in the Philippines and relocated to California with her parents as a child before eventually finding her home in the Willamette Valley.

Jennifer and her team of expert Grazologists™ curate charcuterie boards that fulfill the Graze Craze mission to Celebrate Everything. The specialty boards are crafted with a variety of high-quality ingredients, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each grazing spread features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures that produce a delicious work of edible art. 

Graze Craze McMinnville will host a grand opening celebration on Friday, May 23 at 4 p.m. in collaboration with the McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce. The event will feature charcuterie samplings, raffles and a benefit for the “See Ya Later” Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring youth and supporting families facing medical challenges. Carlton-based, family-owned vineyard and winery, Chris James Cellars, will also serve award-winning wines to complement the grazing boards.
