8:30 am - 10 am - Accept Best of Wheat entries & Culinary & Pantry Food Items
(Items can be brought 9/2/2025 if nonperishable)
ALL DAY - BUILDING CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC - ITEMS WILL BE JUDGED 9/3/25
5 pm - Rabbit & chicken show

8 am - TAP Olympics
8 am - 5 pm - Building open to the public
DO NOT TAKE EXHIBITS HOME
1 pm - Livestock building opens
5 pm - Building CLOSED, Horse show check-in begins
6 pm - Horse show (Woodward Round-Up club arena)

8 am - Building open to the public
8 am - Pig & Cattle cards due
10 am - Pig and Cattle show begins
5 pm - Exhibits released (please do not take exhibits before 5 pm Friday)
6 pm - Free FRIDAY

Saturday, September 6, 2025

8 am - 10 am - Building open to the public - exhibits MUST be picked up by 10 am Saturday!
8 am - Sheep & Goat cards due
10 am - Sheep & Goat show begins
10 am - BUILDING CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
6:30 pm - Gates open for Cody Canada & the Departed with the Tyler Wilhelm Band
