Youngstown's Spring into Summer Festival is a local community event that aims to bring the community together. The festival focuses on working with the community for volunteers, sponsors, and vendors. Presented by the Full Spectrum Housing Division a Separate Division of BCC Full Spectrum Community Outreach Foundation Corporation, a 501c3 non-profit organization, Youngstown Spring into Summer Festival was created for the local community to come together for three days of fun in the sun.  As always admission to Festival is free!
