Exhumed Films and the Mahoning Drive-In Theater once again raise the dead this Memorial Day Weekend with the return of ZOMBIEFEST, celebrating its 11th year of gory, flesh-eating mayhem! From May 22-25, ZOMBIEFEST XI will bring four nights of terrifying films to the big screen, all projected in 35mm!

May 22, 2025

The frights kick off on with the classic anthology Creepshow (1982), a fan-favorite filled with grotesque stories and unforgettable horror.

May 23, 2025

Then get ready for a special treat—Return of the Living Dead (1985) with actor Thom Mathews, “Freddy” himself, joining us in person!
Thom will be meeting fans, introducing the film, and signing autographs. Following ROTLD, we’ll dive into the grimy chaos of Re-Animator (1985) and Waxwork (1988), delivering more carnage and laughs.

May 24, 2025

It features a special double feature matinee at the Gap Theatre, showing Demons (1985) and Terror Creatures from the Grave (1965).
Then, when the sun goes down, return to the Drive-In for a night of Italian zombie horror with City of the Walking Dead (1980), Burial Ground (1981), and Night of the Zombies (1980).

May 25, 2025

It wraps things up with a bang, featuring Night of the Creeps (1986), Return of the Living Dead Part II (1988), and Beyond Re-Animator (2003), all bringing their own brand of horror, humor, and undead terror!
As usual we will have limited edition event merch available, themed snack bar treats, live DJs, mega raffles each night, and a huge assortment of the latest horror Blu-rays and much more for sale!
