360F coffee was born and inspired by the artisanal methods of roasting and one particular transformation that occurs around 360 to 380 Fahrenheit, commonly known in the world of coffee roasting as “the first crack” and can be identified by a Popping sound, marking the beginning of a light roast. We emphasize in the preservation of natural resources and the social responsibility to all those involved in the different production processes and to maintain a reliable and traceable quality in every cup of coffee.
