Abhaya Holistic Center is a yoga studio and holistic center focused on individuals seeking to live a healthier, happier and more conscious life.

Abhaya Holistic Center opened its doors in February 2016 in Coral Gables, Florida. We provide a holistic approach to wellness, offering a wide range of services including Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal yoga, Kids yoga, Meditation, Sound therapy and our exclusive Complete Holistic Therapy. We incorporate the sound of Gong and Tibetan Bowls to some of our classes and offer different workshops and events to spread the word and knowledge Yogi Bhajan imparted.

In addition, we offer alternative therapeutic practices by appointment. Anti-stress yogi massage, Sat Nam Rasayan, Gong Therapy, Tibetan Bowls Therapy, and a Complete Holistic Healing Therapy.

We focus on the technology brought forth by Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan to chemically release, strengthen, and activate the energy within our bodies to generate conscious wellness for ourselves and others.
