At the Alle-Kiski Valley SDB Church, we gererally hold to the orthodox creeds and confessions of the historic Christian Church. Specifically, we agree with the Seventh Day Baptist Statement of Beliefs of 1987 as well as the major tenets and principles of the London Baptist Confession of 1689.

We believe that the sixty six books of the Bible are free from error and are the only infallible rule of life and faith. We believe that the Bible reveals God as Trinity, in that the three persons of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are distinct in their personhood but are all one God in their substance.

Although we differ from the mainstream Church by embracing the seventh day as the Sabbath of the Lord, we do not break fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ who embrace Sunday as the Lord's Day, in keeping with Paul's admonition in Romans 14:5-13. In fact, we experience warm fellowship among many Sunday keeping churches and Christians.
