The Allentown Garden Club was re-established in March 2000, and is open to all area residents.  Annual dues are $20 for individuals and $30 for families.  The purpose of the Allentown Garden Club is to promote the development of all phases of gardening, the betterment and the beautification of the community and the protection of our natural resources, as well as to stimulate interest in learning and better methods of gardening.  The Club is a member of The National Council of State Garden Clubs, Inc. and The Garden Club of New Jersey, District 7 - Delaware Valley.  Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month, September through May, and are held at the Allentown United Methodist Church at 23 Church Street, Allentown, NJ 08501, unless otherwise noted.  For more information on the Allentown Garden Club, visit  www.AllentownGardenClub.org  .
