Alzheimer’s, and other dementia related diseases, can alter the way we connect with those in our community.  Rather than isolation, there is hope.  Learning about and accessing the resources, services, and support available to those in our community can strengthen our “Circle of Care”.  We have been a local Whatcom County non-profit organization since 1983, we provide education, support, hope and resources to all those affected with Alzheimer's or other dementia related diseases. It is critical that each individual affected, including care givers, loved ones and family all understand they are not alone in one of the most challenging of life’s journeys.
