About Us:

The Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter is a private, non-profit organization funded through contributions from individuals and businesses. The Chapter also receives funds from the Lucas County Senior Services Levy, which is administered by the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio, Inc., the State of Ohio Alzheimer's Respite Line Item which is administered by the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio, Inc; Area Agency on Aging, 3; and Ohio District 5, Area Agency on Aging.

Our Mission:

To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the enhancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
