We are Angel's on the Avenue a non-profit group who's main purpose is to support St. Augustine Health Campus.  St. Augustine Health Campus is an inner city facility caring for the needs of those with a multitude of physical issues.  The majority of those in the care of St. Augustine's are below the poverty level.
