Inspired by organizations like Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Arttism seeks to change the lives of young people on the autism spectrum through personal mentoring. The concept of the program is simple: we pair adolescents with Life Coaches who can help them explore their own interests and discover their strengths and weaknesses. The goal is to help teens with autism find opportunities for future employment, so that they can enjoy full, financially-secure, independent lives.
