BaldwinTownship is located between the green forests of the HuronNational Forest and the blue waters of Lake Huron on the northeast side of Lower Michigan.

Our location blesses us with mild winters and cool, comfortable summers. The HuronNational Forest provides opportunities for hunting, camping, hiking, cross-country skiing and sight-seeing. Lake Huron and TawasBay provide fishing, swimming, boating and miles of sand beaches. The TawasPointState Park is one of the best State campgrounds around with several miles of beach and is one of the finest areas in the State for bird watching. The Tawas Point Lighthouse, located in the State Park is a haven for lighthouse enthusiasts.
