The purpose of the Barren Fork Traditional Muzzle Loaders Association is to promote the sport & skill of black powder shooting while endeavoring to preserve the lifestyle, arts, & skills of our ancestors living in frontier America.

In keeping with it's purpose, our club continually works to expand it's influence by providing recreational, educational, historical, & cultural opportunities to learn about muzzleloading's role in our historical heritage.
