About Us:

The Bear Paw Festival is the largest and longest running community event in Chugiak-Eagle River drawing participation from throughout Southcentral Alaska. The Festival features the best parade in Alaska and great events such as Slippery Salmon Olympics, Classic Car Show, Motorcycle Show, Bear Paw Pageant for young men and women of high school age, Running With The Bears, Teddy Bear Picnic for the younger set and many more family friendly events.
