Before Dialysis Hook Up is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization was created to educate, empower and support individuals that have been diagnosed with kidney disease by way of community awareness, monthly support group meetings for those on dialysis, and to be an advocate organ donations in the Houston and Galveston Texas.
