Mission Statement:

It's simple, but effective.  It's the drive behind everything that we do.  From every long-term plan for the future, to every retreat that we run, to every activity that takes place throughout the day, it's the filter through which we view every decision we make.  Our goal is to take care of all the physical, emotional, and social needs, in order to remove all hindrances to filling spiritual needs.  We are here to serve God by serving the people who come to Bethany Camp, and we are motivated and excited by seeing God do amazing and miraculous things in the lives of His people. 

Who We Are:

Bethany Camp:

• is a non-profit, Christian organization that operates year-round in western New York.
• operates 8 different weeks of summer camp during the months of June, July, and August each year.
• has seen its summer camp attendance grow by over 200% from just under 400 in 2005 to over 950 in 2012.
• hosts over 4,000 people each year in weekend retreats during the fall, winter, and spring months.
• owns 213 acres of heavily wooded land providing beautiful views of the countryside.  

Goal:

It is our goal to generate a camp setting through different activities and the teaching of the Word of God which will cause campers to come to a saving knowledge of Christ and grow in their walk with Him.

We encourage practical experience in leadership, service, witnessing, proper diet, wholesome exercise, and good attitudes toward the body as God's temple.

The counselor seeks to meet the individual needs of each camper in all areas of life: spiritual, physical, social, and mental.

Because campers learn in specific ways at different development stages, the camp program is carefully designed with those needs in mind.
