Since its founding in 1994, the Big East Powersports Show has been a celebration of all things snowmobiling for riders in the Northeast, with big factory displays from all four manufacturers, dealer booths selling riding gear and accessories, performance parts makers and trailer plus oil brands, magazines, decals, towing products, riding destinations, additives, snowmobile clubs, electronic gadgets, skis, traction products and much more. It is a great place to get geared up – physically but also mentally – for the upcoming winter, as you hang out with other snowmobilers, attend informative seminars, get great deals on gear, check out the new sleds and find new places to ride in a friendly and festive atmosphere. The Big East Powersports Show (also known as the Big East Snowmobile Show) was launched in the fall of 1994 in the Catskills before moving to Syracuse and the Oncenter in 1995.
The Big East Powersports Show and Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Expo are both produced by EPG Media & Specialty Information, a media company that publishes Snow Goer, Rider, Thunder Press, Powersports Business, Boating Industry, Cheers, Stateways, Beverage Dynamics, Fuel Oil News, Landscape & Irrigation, Arbor Age, Sports Turf and Outdoor Power Equipment magazines and those brands’ related websites, digital products and shows and events within their markets. Snow Goer magazine was launched in 1966 as the first national snowmobiling publication and is the leading publication covering snowmobiling in North America.
